We're doing it! It sure took a while, but this book is being published. It should be out by mid September 2011. The names of those interested in the book are rolling in and I thank each of you for your patience and help along the way. Interest means you would like to see it published and you may buy one. If you do buy one you'll get it at least $3.00 off retail simply by being on the list. I'm asking the publisher to allow the first 5000 buyers to have the book at my cost, but I don't know if they will. I will set the price lower than most retail books so that it will be $3.00 less than most at least.
Pre-Order means you're stating you WILL buy one or more books and want to be on the list of 1000 first-sold books receiving their book(s) at a discounted rate of at least $3.00 off retail. It will also be in E-Book format for $9.99 I believe, so that's good news. Both the book and the Ebook come out at the same time.
"Faith Walks" the definitive book on the miracle dog who walks 3/4 upright on her back legs, is being published not by a traditional house but by iUniverse, a subsidiary of Author Solutions. I am self publishing it and it should be marketed through both iUniverse and myself. We're tag-teaming this one. Look for Faith and I to appear at a military city near you between September and February on weekends to promote the book, her movie, and other adventures she's getting herself into - - hint: cartoon series, as well hugging as many Wounded Warriors as possible.

Faith has been invited to visit a few symposiums this summer for the military - - we'll be hugging Wounded Warriors in Orlando, and seeing families from the Army National Guard in Louisville. She's going to San Diego, Houston, Austin, Dallas, St. Louis, Ft. Lewis Seattle, Wisconsin, Minneapolis, NYC, and Raleigh that we know of. If you have contacts at a military base and want Faith to visit you this fall and/or winter please give them a call. We don't charge the military for bringing us out -- just expenses, and of course the opportunity to hug a soldier or two. THANK YOU TROOPS...we love you. (Laura with Faith)
